Ok, so this past week I was pleasantly surprised by the number of messages I have received. Many many wonderful comments on my gallery and 's on my artwork (mostly to Spyder ). I thought I had gotten a DD on it because of the amount of messages. But apparently not *sigh* lol. For all of those who had commented and faved it, thank you very much. Also, if anyone knows, why has my account gotten so much attention lately? Don't get me wrong, I love it, but it's kinda been bugging me. Thanks again!

So I haven't been submitting as much as I used to, and I'm sorry. Though it seems many of you don't mind cause I just realized that I'm up to 10,000+ page views!! Pretty insane if you ask me. I would like to thank all of you for checking out my gallery and for all the comments I have received.

I only have 1 year left in college, and I'm totally stoked about that . I'm taking a bunch of 3D modeling/rendering/animation classes in Maya so hopefully when I'm done I'll be able to crank out some brilliant stuff. lol.

Alrighty, I submitted Spyder for the contest. I figure it would have a good chance at winning. I was reading through the contest rules and judging criteria and came across this:

On top of that, the deviantART community will decide the remaining three First Place winners by using the favourites system to select the community's favourite pieces for the calendar. (Note that any abuse of the favourites system will result in instant disqualification from the contest and possibly further administrative action.)

If you want to make your vote known, join deviantART (assuming you haven't already) and click the Add To Favourites icon in the toolbar underneath the deviation. This will add it to your favourites, and count as your vote for that submission. Feel free to vote for as many entries as you like? The deviations with the highest favourite counts after the celebrity judge panel has made their picks will fill in the three remaining First Place spots!
